David A. Chipperson

Of Counsel

Mr. Chipperson, previously with Global Aerospace, has 16 years of experience managing diverse and complex insurance claims for aerospace product manufacturers, airlines and general aviation operators involving airplane, helicopter and space vehicles. He has extensive experience resolving claims through close collaboration with manufacturers, investigators, experts and outside counsel, from the early stages of accident investigations through the resolution of claims, whether by settlement or trial.

Mr. Chipperson graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautical Science, and earned a J.D. from Touro Law School. He is and active pilot and maintains a Commercial pilot’s license for single and multi-engine airplanes with Instrument and CFI ratings, and an FAA remote pilot certificate with a small UAS rating. He is an attorney admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He and his family reside in Harding Township, NJ where he coaches youth sports and volunteers as a member of the town’s Planning Board.
