Since she began her time at Chipperson Law Group as a paralegal, Morgan has moved up to Lead Intellectual Property Paralegal/Legal Operations Associate. In her role, Morgan assists in patent and trademark application related filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign intellectual property offices, oversees the firm calendar/docketing system, coordinates communications to and from clients and assists with litigation preparation. She enjoys working with the firm’s clients and alongside staff.

Morgan has been with Chipperson Law Group, P.C. since her graduation from Rowan University in 2020 where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in political science. Prior to attending Rowan University, Morgan attended the University of Mississippi where she served as the Service Vice President of Alpha Phi Omega.

Morgan is a Juris Doctor Candidate at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She was recently elected as the Manhattan Campus Representative for the Touro Student Bar Association. Additionally, Morgan serves as the Manhattan campus representative for the Touro Intellectual Property Law Society and is a student member of the following: New Jersey Bar Association, American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association and Morris County Bar Association.

In her spare time, Morgan enjoys volunteering, traveling with her fiancé, and caring for her Tibetan Spaniel, Riley.
